"The greatest victory is won without a battle." - Sun-Ce (The Art of War)

My name is Helga Sziráki, I was born in the summer of 1974 and I am the proud mother of 3 wonderful children. Since childhood, I have been looking for the whys and cause-and-effect systems in everything. I have always been a little out of line. I thought a lot about the true meaning of life, I saw and perceived the world through fundamentally different lenses than my peers my age. I was attracted by the complex system of different thinking, teachings of Eastern philosophy and the cause-and-effect-based holistic different action.
I believe that the basic condition for good communication is to listen to each other with understanding and deep empathy. A common position can also be achieved by representing our position, our own feelings and thoughts with gentle firmness, while respecting those of others. Through understanding and a culture of intelligent reasoning and debate, each participant finds a compromise that is acceptable to them in a way that is appropriate for them.
As a way of healing myself, I started practicing yoga in 2000, studying alternative therapeutic methods, then philosophy, psychology and ontology-based coaching. Over the past many years, I have obtained countless domestic and international diplomas and professional qualifications. I have learned a lot, I am still learning and will continue to learn for the rest of my life.... about Life, the anatomical, mental and psychosomatic functioning of People from a holistic perspective, and in the light of all this, about Myself.
I have been working with people as a support worker since 2007. In addition to teaching, I hold consultations, self-awareness workshops, trainings, lectures and retreats. Since 2022, I have been trying to pass on in the official FAR adult education system, all the personal professional and practical knowledge, that I have acquired over the past 25 years in the state-recognized.
Correct Self-Awareness and Self-Esteem, resolving our crises and blockages, processing the traumas that cause our injuries, and Self-Reflective Self-Care contribute to mental stability and a balanced, happy Life.
