I'm Helga Sziráki, the proud mother of 3 wonderful children, the founder of SzH Consulting Hungary and the author of the book "Possible to divorce nicely."

Since childhood, I have been looking for answers to why and cause-and-effect relationships in everything. As a way to heal myself, I started practicing yoga and alternative therapeutic methods in 2000, and then studied philosophy, psychology, mediation, and psycho-ontological coaching. Over the past many years, I have obtained countless domestic and international diplomas and professional qualifications, and I am continuously training professionally. Dr. László Buda and dr. I have been following Gábor Máté's work for nearly 10 years. As a student of several of his training courses, as a specialist with an integrative approach, my focus is not only on solving the situation or crisis that has arisen, but also on the whole person and the complex system of causal relationships and space-time context behind it. The imprints of our traumas, psychosomatic connections and our mental health are an inseparable unit.

I will continue to learn the complexity of our human functioning for the rest of my life and every day I receive new answers about the functioning of Life. I have learned a lot during my professional journey, but the most important lessons I receive from Life. Every fate, the weight of difficult conversations and the relieved smile also hold a mirror in which I see and learn about myself.

There's a way out of our difficult life situations and crises. With the stable moral hold of correct self-knowledge, we can rewrite the story.
